She has performed over 300 business valuations for privately held companies and family-owned businesses across a broad mix of industries. Alyson earned her Bachelors and MBA degrees from the University of New Hampshire and the Certified Valuation Analyst designation. Her background includes experience as the Associate Director of Gift Planning at the University of New Hampshire Foundation where she served as a primary liaison with donor estate planning attorneys, accountants, and other donor advisors.
